Hi Rustle!

Here are a few of the photos I promised you. Hope they are what you needed.

As you can see, my setup is organized on a PC cart so it can be moved about
easily. Sliding shelves provide easy access to the controller components
and the PC. I usually keep it in the garage. It connects to a ShopVac
vacuum cleaner for dust-free operation.

I do the actual image work on a workstation in our computer room. After
resizing and adjusting the contrast to the greyscale images, the files are
converted to ISO g-codes and then sent over a home network to the computer
that runs the CNC in the garage.

The SP-3/HT controller board is mounted directly to the power supply and the
power resistors are also attached via a heatsink made with aluminum channel.
Everything runs very smoothly and stays cool even after hours of use. The
added torque of the SP-3/HT and your excellent stepping motors provide
plenty of power and remarkable stability to the system. In fact, it's so
powerful that I'm considering replacing the Dremel with a 7/8 hp trim router
so I can speed up the carving process even more.

I'm very happy with your SP-3/HT system. It is a top quality product that
has given me a great improvement over my previous setup.

Keep up the great work!
